We are seeking collaboration opportunities with companies, research institutions, and researchers that have innovative technologies capable of enhancing the value of our products, ensuring stable supply, and supporting the future development of our oncolytic adenovirus products, including Telomelysin (OBP-301). We welcome proposals in the following areas:
- Technologies for the Intratumoral Administration of Oncolytic Adenoviruses
Technologies that enable more accurate and safer intratumoral administration using various endoscopic systems, including prefilled syringes, dedicated injection needles, and devices that allow precise control of injection volume and pressure, as well as technologies that improve the distribution of oncolytic adenoviruses within tumors.
We also welcome technologies for uniform delivery to multiple sites administration of superficial tumors, including the injection devices with multiple needles, microneedles, and multi-pin array devices. - Formulation and Storage Technologies
Technologies that improve the stability of oncolytic adenovirus formulations and formulation technologies that enable storage under refrigerated conditions rather than frozen storage. - Manufacturing and Purification Technologies
Technologies that improve the productivity of oncolytic adenoviruses manufacturing through high productivity cell lines and optimized cell culture processes, technologies that enhance recovery and purity during downstream purification, and filtration or membrane separation technologies that minimize viral adsorption and product loss. - Biomarker Technologies and Research for Oncolytic Adenoviruses
Technologies for analyzing and visualizing local and systemic antitumor immune responses induced by oncolytic adenovirus therapy, as well as research aimed at elucidating its mechanism of action, identifying predictive biomarkers of therapeutic efficacy, and exploring potential combination therapies.
